Sofie de Schutter
Sofie de Schutter specializes in all aspects of Immigration law. This includes requests for family reunification (under article 8 ECHR and EU law), requests for residence for independent entrepreneurs and asylum cases. Furthermore she represents clients in immigration detention and clients confronted with and entry ban for the EU and a pronouncement of undesirability.
Marjon Peeters
Marjon Peeters studied law at the Tilburg University and specialized in criminal law. After graduating she worked as a senior legal counsel at the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Services.
Annelien Berends
Annelien Berends studeerde rechten aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen met als specialisatie staats- en bestuursrecht. Na haar studie is zij 8 jaar als advocaat werkzaam geweest bij Van Appia & Van der Lee advocaten.
